Order & Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY (INDONESIA)

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed before 2 PM Monday–Friday and before 12 PM on Saturdays.
Orders received after those times will be processed the following business day.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or national holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow 1-2 days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Instant delivery is only available during operating hours and within 20 km of our fulfillment centers.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.


Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
Keep all packaging and take clear photos of the damaged goods when filing a claim.
Upon verification, we will provide a replacement for the same product.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY (SINGAPORE)

Availability

We now offer international shipping to Singapore via registered courier partners.
All orders are processed and dispatched from our Jakarta fulfillment center.


Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day.
Estimated delivery time to Singapore: 3-5 business days, depending on courier and customs clearance.

Please note:

  • Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections or public holidays.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by Singapore authorities.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Customers are responsible for paying any applicable GST (8%) or import duties upon arrival in Singapore.

We comply with Singapore’s import regulations for food products under the Singapore Food Agency (SFA).
Our snacks and superfoods are properly labeled and sealed for export.


Restricted Items

Certain items may be restricted or require special clearance under Singapore import laws.
In the event your order cannot be delivered due to local restrictions, we will notify you and provide available options (refund or alternate item).


Lost or Delayed Parcels

Bali Forages is not liable for delays caused by customs or courier handling.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist with courier tracking and claims.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for reasons such as taste, texture, or personal preference.

For any defective or damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Keep all packaging and provide photos when filing a claim.
Once verified, we will send a replacement for the same product.


ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

Once a purchase is made and payment confirmed, no cancellations are permitted.

If you entered an incorrect address or wish to make changes, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.
After that period, we cannot guarantee modifications.
