DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed before 2 pm Monday through Friday and before 12 pm on Saturdays. Orders received after those times will be processed the following business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays, and will be rolled out on working days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow 2-3 days in transit for delivery outside of Bali. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email / Whatsapp.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Instant delivery is only available during operating hours and within 20 kilometers of our fulfillment center.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately within 24 hours. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and provide us with a photo when filing a claim. We will provide you with a replacement for the same product once it is verified.

RETURNS & REFUND
We do not replace/refund/or exchange products due to not liking the taste or texture. For any defective/ damaged product, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your item, Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and provide us with a photo when filing a claim. We will provide you with a replacement for the same product once it is verified.
