Bali Forages Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions Agreement:

1. Introduction: Bali Forages is proud to offer an affiliate program for individuals and companies interested in promoting our products and earning commission on resulting sales. By joining the Bali Forages Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility: The Bali Forages Affiliate Program is open to individuals and companies who are 18 years of age or older. Bali Forages reserves the right to refuse membership to anyone for any reason.

3. Commission Structure: As a Bali Forages affiliate, you have the opportunity to earn commission on sales generated through your unique affiliate link with a 30-day cookie period. There are two commission tiers: Silver and Gold. Silver affiliates earn a 10% commission on sales, while Gold affiliates earn a 15% commission on sales. You become a Gold affiliate once you reach sales of IDR 20,000,000. Affiliates can also earn multi-level commissions when they get other members to join the program using their unique invitation link. This is limited to 10% of the total commission the other affiliate earns. New affiliates must first be approved by Bali Forages. 

4. Payment Distribution: Commissions will first be approved by a Bali Forages moderator and distributed on the 20th of each month, provided your commission balance exceeds IDR 500,000.

5. Promotional Materials: Bali Forages will provide you with promotional materials, such as banners and product links, to assist in promoting our products. You may not modify these materials without the express written consent of Bali Forages.

6. Prohibited Activities: You may not engage in any illegal or unethical activities in connection with the Bali Forages Affiliate Program, such as spamming or falsely representing yourself as a Bali Forages representative. You will be immediately terminated from the program if Bali Forages determines that you have engaged in any prohibited activities.

7. Termination: Bali Forages may terminate your membership in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause, by giving you written notice.

8. Limitation of Liability: Bali Forages will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with the Affiliate Program.

9. Modification: Bali Forages may modify these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice to you. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program following any modifications signifies your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

10. Disputes: Any dispute arising in connection with the Bali Forages Affiliate Program will be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Arbitration Board.

By joining the Bali Forages Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

Subscription Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to Bali Forages, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below.

1. Subscription Terms

Bali Forages offers a monthly or bi-monthly subscription service for our products. Subscriptions will be billed automatically on the day of the month or every other month depending on the subscription frequency you have chosen. You will receive a notification via email prior to each billing cycle.

2. Subscription Fees

The subscription fee for Bali Forages products will vary depending on the subscription frequency and the products selected. The fees for your subscription will be clearly stated during the sign-up process. We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time, but we will give you advance notice of these changes.

3. Payment Method

Bali Forages accepts payment by credit card, debit card, or other payment methods as available. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for the total amount of your subscription fee.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your Bali Forages account and following the cancellation procedures. Cancellation will be effective immediately, and you will not be charged for any subsequent billing cycles. Refunds will not be issued for any products already shipped prior to the cancellation date.

5. Shipping

Bali Forages ships our products within Indonesia. Shipping is included in the subscription fee. We will make every effort to deliver products on time, but we cannot guarantee delivery dates. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact us at support@baliforages.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Product Availability

Bali Forages reserves the right to change product availability at any time. In the event that a product is unavailable, we will notify you and offer a substitute product of equal or greater value.

7. Liability

Bali Forages shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of our products or services. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of our products for any particular purpose. You agree to use our products and services at your own risk.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Bali Forages reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by email or by posting the updated terms and conditions on our website. Your continued use of our services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
