Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bali Forages. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Order & Shipping Policy.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, and will be rolled out on working days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email / Whatsapp.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Overnight shipping delivery is available
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately within 24 hours. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and provide us with a photo when filing a claim. We will provide you with a replacement of the same product once it is verified.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside Indonesia. If you are a buyer and would like to stock our products in your country, please don't hesitate to reach out to us! And shoot us an email at email@example.com .
Returns & Refund
We do not replace/refund/or exchange products due to not liking the taste or texture. For any defective/ damaged product, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your item, Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and provide us with a photo when filing a claim. We will provide you with a replacement of the same product once it is verified.
You must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 12 hours of online purchase for us to cancel your transaction. After 12 hours no cancellations are allowed.
